Grooming services include:
Medical grooming services are performed by a veterinary technician to manage and prevent matting of the fur and to manage hygiene problems. Needs and expectations are discussed beforehand, although changes may be recommended based on the condition of the fur. If your cat is easily stressed, we may recommend anti-anxiety medication (given at home prior to the appointment). Moderate to heavy sedation is provided in the clinic for more extensive grooming, or when a patient may be especially fearful and uncomfortable. We do not offer show grooming.
Grooming services include:
- Lion cut
- Brush out
- Mat removal
- Sanitary trim
- Bathing, when needed.
- Claw trims
- Ear cleaning
- Anal gland expression
You can always anticipate professional care for your pet when you entrust grooming services to our clinic. Throughout the grooming session, we attempt to keep your pet as comfortable and relaxed as possible, and we’ll contact you when your pet is ready to go home.
